Chuck Taylor = one of the biggest overachievers in wrestling?

I've actually been following Chuck for a long time as I was a big fan of PWG and other Indies throughout the years. He's not bad but he's not good either. But he's made it pretty damn far in the business for somebody so mediocre. Your opinion on Chucky T?
He gets a lifetime pass for his list of wrestler names. “No Gimmicks Needed” Steve the Samurai cracks me up every time I hear it, as does Mick “The Kraken” McKracken. The man is an under appreciated genius.
