Casino gauntlets

I kind of love the casino gauntlet, as it corrects the problems in
both AEW's original casino battle royal concept and in the gauntlet
match itself. Two tweaks…
* the match can only END via pinfall or submission, but people can
still get eliminated by going over the top rope. That helps cut out
the awkwardness of having nine or 10 guys still in the match, but most
of them on the outside recuperating.
* AEW has eight PPVs, and eight official titles. Each PPV cycle, have
a casino gauntlet on Dynamite to determine the challenger for a
different title at the next PPV. The exception is All In, when the
casino gauntlet happens on the card to determine a challenger for All
Out.
I really like that first one. Explains the lack of people in the ring all the time.
