Tiffy Time

By Scott Keith on 11 May 2024

Now that you have witnessed the brilliance of Tiffany in real time, my question is besides Lesner and Angle, is there anyone who has picked up wrestling and come off like a star as quickly as she has? I mean she started like 3 years ago from scratch with no connections or family in the industry, and had a rocket strapped to her from the start because of well she was doing. She also missed a good chunk of time her first year due to a concussion and some physical upgrades. I am even more blown away how quickly she adjusted to the main roster. Tiffany is probably already the top women heel on smackdown, and you would think she been doing this for a decade if you had no clue who she was prior to smackdown. He feud with Becky really helped take her abilities to the next level, but even Becky didn't really carry her, just taught her alot.

Even Rhea and Bianca started slowly when they got called up. Bianca was barely on TV the first 6 months, and Rhea struggled a good bit as well the first year or two. Tiffany walked into the main event scene day one and the fans just accepted her no problem. Her gimmick is pretty much herself, and she has improved alot on promos. Don't think you saw the chamber, but she was insanely over. She seems like a perfect choice to win MIB, carry her barbie suitcase around a few weeks, and take the belt from Bayley at Summerslam. Not saying she earned a spot in the fake hall of fame yet, but not sure you need more than one hand to count how many wrestlers have excelled like this as quick as she has. Logan Paul is in the convo, but he has only wrestled a handful of matches and is rightfully pushed because he has a huge following. There is no reason for her to be doing this well besides she is a rare talent that doesn't come around often.

I think this is why the NIL will be a game changer for WWE maybe more than any big free agent. Taking athletes from other sports who have dealt with high pressure situations seems to be a winning formula. And not just football players, but track and field and really all sports. Tiffany was on the Olympic US gymnastics team, which is as pressure filled and tough to make as it gets. I have to assume that's why she is so polished and doesn't seem fazed by these big spots she was quickly put into. I can't wait to see her fight Charlotte, it might be one of the biggest women's matches of all time in the US.

You so silly. Charlotte was elite level before she even made it out of NXT. Kurt Angle went from dark matches to hanging with the Rock as World champion in less than a year. Tiffany looked good there but not everyone has to be “the fastest ever” or “best ever”.
