Inspired by the recent apology video with Hulk Hogan and Mick Foley, when would have been the best time for them to have a program? I can't imagine the WWF in 1991 wanting Cactus, or Hogan liking his image, but Foley would have bumped like crazy and had no problem losing.
Late 1998 face Foley vs. Hollywood Hogan would have been compelling, but it's similarly hard to imagine Hogan ever seeing Foley as on his level, no?
Probably not. Here’s a pitch: Jack turns heel on Evad on the way out in 1994 and Hogan does a match to avenge his number one Hulkamaniac.
