Dear Scott,
I’m curious how you feel about the continued expansion of the AEW roster at the expense of the AEW Originals.. We’ve seen guys like Edge, Sasha Banks, and Okada get TV time (and big contracts) while AEW Originals who built the company like John Silver, Alex Reynolds, and serpentico are no where to been seen. Jungle Boy is one of the most popular acts in AEW history and isn’t even on TV.
As a Day 1 AEW fan, I feel personally hurt by Tony Khan. He’s forcing my favorites out while business isn’t improving. Now mind you we should like what we like and not care about the ratings but it still hurts. We see this happen before with CM Punk and Tony didn’t learn anything. AEW is supposed to be a family and Tony doesn’t seem to care if Day 1 fans like my wife’s friends in AEW Heels are unhappy.
