Booking – long term impact

A specific question, but I'd be interested in your thoughts.

Which idea / concept do you think has had the greater impact over the years on how the WWE title(s) picture has been booked?

  1. Winner of the Royal Rumble getting the WM title shot?

OR.

  1. Money in the Bank / winner gets title shot at time of their choosing?
The Rumble by far. The briefcase has become more of a booking albatross that they try to find a way to get out of using in any serious manner. Like is Damian Priest EVER going to cash in that fucking thing already?
