Good afternoon Scott,
Thanks for all the years of running this blog, it's been a great source of comfort and humor especially through a trying time I've been going through recently. I've been a long time member of the community and avid commenter. I've never done this sort of thing before because asking for help isn't something I'm comfortable with but life has recently become quite difficult for me. I spent 16 days in the hospital recently after being diagnosed with a type of CKD. I'm currently in-between insurance and on medical Leave of Absence from my job and the medication and equipment costs have drained me financially. I'm seeking a little help to get me through the rest of the month as I wait for my disability claim to be approved and receive permanent housing.
If you could share this, it would mean a lot to me and anything at all that anyone could give matters. I posted in the morning thread but thought a bit more eyes on it couldn't hurt.
