Mystery Rumble Winner?

With there being two Royal Rumbles and two titles each Rumble winner could conceivably go for, there's some wiggle room for them to do something off the wall with one of the Rumbles one year. So what if the winner one year were under a mask, and they kept the mystery going until the match at Mania? Decent idea? Terrible idea? REALLY terrible idea? Maybe depends on execution?
