Is Seth Rollins this decade's version of a Jericho or Orton 90s Taker; an immensely over talent who can hold the best and headline ppvs, but also still feel like the #2 of his time at best?
Yeah, although again to be fair there was a time when he was the Universal champion and top babyface when it looked like he was ready to break through, but the Fiend nonsense just killed him dead and he never recovered as a character.
