Gene Okerlund’s Update segment reiterates the importance of the “Get Well Hulk” campaign. Earthquake and Jimmy Hart say that kids are wasting their time writing to Hulk Hogan because his ribs are destroyed, and he cannot read the letters on his own. Earthquake adds that Hogan will not be returning to the WWF because if he does, he must face him. Tugboat says that the letters are having a positive effect on Hogan because when he reads them to him, Hogan gets his fighting spirit back. He encourages fans to keep writing.
The Rockers (10-2-1) defeat Tony Leone & Tom Stone when Shawn Michaels pins Leone after a flying fist drop at 2:49:
The Rockers do an insert promo where they urge the Orient Express to take notes on their match and say the Express will overdose on their intensity. Michaels looks better during his time in the ring than Marty Jannetty. The Rockers modify their finish, with Jannetty using the Rocker Dropper and then having Michaels leap off his shoulders for the flying fist drop.
Bad News Brown (14-0-1) pins Jim Ruby after the Ghetto Blaster at 2:06:
As Brown pounds away, Roberts appears in the split screen and says he will protect Damien by getting his hands on Brown. Other than that, this is just your usual Brown squash where a long beating sets up the Ghetto Blaster.
Sapphire says regardless of your income, race, or gender, you will love the WWF ice cream bars!

Brother Love hosts Randy Savage and Sensational Sherri on his shown this week. Love asks them about Elizabeth showing up at WrestleMania. Savage says Elizabeth has entered the danger zone and Sherri accuses her of being a spiteful, common woman. Savage closes by saying that he will make Dusty Rhodes and Elizabeth kiss Sherri and Love’s feet. This segment provided hype for house shows where Rhodes and Sapphire were facing Savage and Sherri and Elizabeth and Love were in the corners of their respective teams.
Ted DiBiase says that he is going to be on the cover of Wrestling Spotlight magazine and orders Virgil to buy every copy.
The Big Bossman (14-1) defeats Jeff Johnson after the Bossman Slam at 2:15:
Ventura makes the hilarious claim early in the match that the Honky Tonk Man is singing the Bossman’s theme song. DiBiase does an insert promo from Cobb County, Georgia, saying that he will prove that the Bossman is the biggest hick in the world. The Bossman dishes out hard times and then beats up Johnson with the nightstick afterward, oblivious to the recent criticisms leveled against him by DiBiase.
Rick Martel argues that the secret to his success is Arrogance. He claims the product “pins down the competition” and walks off with two lovely ladies.
Tune in next week to see Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Brutus Beefcake, and Demolition in action! Also, WWF Champion the Ultimate Warrior will appear on the Brother Love Show! And there will be a tribute to Hulk Hogan!
The Last Word: This show was not as noteworthy as last week’s and skippable. It is good that the Ultimate Warrior will be coming out of Parts Unknown to appear on next week’s telecast because fans need to hear how he is going to counter Rick Rude.
