Bischoff says Bret Hart was boring

I read that a few weeks back Eric Bischoff said on his podcast that Bret Hart was “fucking boring” as WWE champ. Didn't Bischoff spend millions of dollars to sign Bret Hart away?
It just further goes to show that they didn’t have any idea what they had or even why they signed him in the first place!
