As in the guy who mowed Austin down
He directly benefited from it by getting a WWF Title shot at the event itself
When they said the driving seat was calibrated for a large man I thought that would be the logical pay off
It would have been an actual top of the card guy for Austin to feud with at least
Yeah but again they wanted to get to Hunter. They needed someone credible enough to be in the ring with Austin that he could also destroy on the way to the real feud. I still say that if they had to be “clever” and make it someone other than just HHH himself, Billy Gunn was the best choice to be legally murdered by Austin as the setup guy.
