Worst RAW ever

Scottay!!! All that RAW 10th anniversary talk leads me to this: what is in your opinion the worst RAW show ever? Some 94 boredom? 99 crash TV? 2003 reign of terror dejavu? 2009 guest host desaster?

Man that RAW Bowl episode I reviewed recently is way up there on the list. The infamous SummerFest episode with Dr. Ken is legendary but I've never actually seen it. You can also throw the South African tour shows from early 97 on the bonfire of shit.
