If not The Rock

I'm sure the Rock is Plan A, but if not him, who does Roman face at WrestleMania? I've got Cena / Lesnar as their Plan B and McIntyre as their Plan C.
What they need a babyface who ISN’T pushing 50. Rock would be great because he’s Rock and it would tie into the Samoan storyline but I don’t wanna see Cena or Brock getting the big babyface triumph spot and ruining Reigns all over again. But that’s their big problem in general, they’ve just got no top level faces aside from Drew and no idea how to build them.
I guess they could always turn Seth again and reheat him for a “The Shield was your family and you turned your back on it” deal as well, I dunno.
