Hi Scott,
Aporpos of nothing I was thinking about Matt Bourne playing Doink. Let’s say we can wave a magic wand and cure him of all his demons…
1) How far up the card can you see Doink climbing?
2) Do you think Doink was overall restrictive to Bournes career or do you see it as a net positive?
He was fine where he was. Midcard heel who drew easy heat for being an evil clown. And I'd say it was a positive overall because it saved his career and let him work indies with the gimmick for the rest of his life.
