How would WCW have booked a WWE invasion in revisionist history?

Hey Scott,
Just for shits and giggles, what if WCW won the Monday Night Wars and/or Time Warner/TNT bought out WWE? Do you think Bischoff would've booked an Invasion better? Would he have squashed each WWE guy like a bug or would they have all been legit threats? Would he have been petty with Eddie, Jericho and Benoit? Would we have seen better matches and matchups? What say you?
Everyone would have immediately joined the nWo.
