WWE backstage etiquette during COVID

What happens to WWE wrestlers who don't shake everybody's hand backstage during the COVID pandemic? Have things changed? Can they just bump elbows now? Or is saying hello good enough to prevent being eternally blackballed?
As long as no one is sharing ice packs!
