The Right to Censor was that group in WWE from 2000-2001 that parodied that Parents Television Council group.

If you go to RightToCensor.com, as posted in the tweet with the picture of Ivory when she was in the group, it leads to https://www.allelitewrestling.com/

Wonder if there is anything to this, or someone trolling?

Someone probably just bought the domain as a joke when it became available. I wouldn't read anything more into it than that.
