Instead of a hokey CGI-created pulling out of an eye that nobody believes God forbid getting a kid trying that on another kid, wouldn't you think that fake blood would make more sense to raise the stakes in a grudge match?
Without a crowd I don't really see the point to be honest. For example, I don't think the blood in the Moxley-Brodie match at Double or Nothing was needed or added much to the drama.
