When Luger came back to WCW in 95 or whenever it was for his 2nd run, why didn't WCW just bring Luger in as a full on baby face and did the dream match with Hogan instead of the tweener character? Luger was still fresh off his big Hoganish run from WWF anyway. I feel like they could of did a few decent buys together.
Luger wasn't fresh, he was ice cold. Putting him on PPV against Hogan immediately would have been a disaster. Plus he had been a midcarder in the WWF for the past year so it would make WCW look even more second-rate. They had to heat him up again first.
