What’s this “if” shit?

So anytime we're supposed to maintain the fairness that is the human condition and excoriate AEW for whatever, the common refrain is “if Vince did….”

What's this “if” shit?

He's done it. Whatever it is, he's done it 4 or 5 times before anyone noticed, and he's done it another few times after that. And people got in a tizzy for maybe a week, and then it was forgotten.

So yes, we should be more critical of AEW. By all means. We should be more consistent in our criticism as we navigate this strange reality that is created by people like Vince McMahon. We should acknowledge that Tony and Shad Kahn probably have their share of skeletons in the closet.

But good lord, expecting people to react the same to a 40 year track record of questionable (at best) decisions vs an upstart that is reacting to those 40 years is ludicrous.
Still won't stop the same four or five people from jumping in on the thread and dropping some WHAT ABOUT WHEN on us.
