Scott,
I know the Austin/Rock three year angle was one of the best then ever did and Wrestlemania XVII made tons of money but really Austin and The Rock were already main event starts so who did the match elevate? Wouldn't Austin have been better served putting over an up and comer like Taka Michinoku, which would free The Rock up to have his blowoff match Farooq?
