WWE’s insistence on continuing live shows

Before I say anything else, I think WWE are ignorant and irresponsible to continue doing live shows during a global pandemic when everyone is rightly worried for their health. I really would like to think that USA Network and FOX wouldn’t hold WWE to the letter of their contracts for certain conditions that mean they have to pay rights fees. Do you think that Vince McMahon is such a petty and vindictive person that he would look for a way out of contract, therefore assumes everyone else would do the same?
