So, WWE's TV-PG corporate friendly sponsors don't want to be associated with any barbaric elements like blood…but male-on-female violence (Randy laying out Beth to further the Edge feud) is totally kid-friendly and approved? I just want to make sure I've got it straight for when one of their 29 writers inevitably burns out, has a nervous breakdown, quits and/or is institutionalized and they start taking resumes.
Don't forget Baszler pulling a Freddie Blassie and biting open Becky's head like a vampire.
But look, man, Vince McMahon and hypocrisy are nothing new. He used to write indignant letters to Ted Turner complaining about "barbaric" blading on WCW TV and guys who were on steroids ruining the pristine reputation of WWF's guys. It's 100% nothing new.
