Just such a completely different atmosphere from WWE shows. The only drawback was $10 beers.
Just a few observations:
Doors opened at 5, but Orange Cassidy merch was sold out by 5:45.
With the win, PAC is now history’s greatest monster.
The tag match was exhaustingly awesome to witness in person. Haven’t seen many matches where EVERYONE comes out looking like a star.
The shortest bathroom lines I’ve ever seen at a live show.
There were chants, but nothing was forced. The fans let the match dictate the chants. Which was refreshing. You know, people actually paying attention to what’s going on in the ring is nice.
After the event, AEW filmed Mox going outside and walking around. Almost bumped right into him as we were on the side walk!
