WWE Creative Team Turnover

Do you have any idea on what turnover is like among the WWE Creative Team? After reading what it's like working for Vince McMahon with 3am conference calls and expecting his employees to basically read his mind, I am kind of curious to know if they have a good record keeping people or not.
No, they do not. There's one or two long-term writers but everyone else gets churned out after a few months and never comes back, according to most people who have attempted the job.
