Worst Transition From NXT?

What NXT wrestler(s) would you say had the worst transition to Raw or Smackdown? I'd have to give it to Emma when she originally debuted in 2013. Either the audience didn't care about her, or creative had a terrible time re-creating what worked for her in NXT, I.E.-the goofy dance and loveable personality. Pairing her with Santino hurt more than it helped.
Emma was never going to be anything anyway. The ones that were killers were American Alpha and the Vaudevillains. The latter in particular were an act that were hugely over in NXT in front of the small crowds and then got completely Dancin' Homered on the main roster. American Alpha was just inexcusable, though.
