Revolution as PPV name

Happy New Year!
AEW's next payperview is Revolution and WWE is launching a series of house shows called New Year's Revolution SuperShow. Is this a coincidence or is this WWE 'not hurting the other guy' by reviving an abandoned show's name potentially adding confusion in the marketplace?
If they are, it’s on AEW this time for picking a name that’s too generic to easily trademark. There’s a reason why Dusty was considered a genius at naming big shows.
