Wrestling Company that fell the fastest?

What pro wrestling company would you say fell the fastest? While WCW and ECW comes to mind for a lot of people, I'm going to give it to ROH. It is really hard to believe they sold out Madison Square Garden earlier this year during WrestleMania weekend. That seems like 10 years ago instead of 7 months given the current state of the company.
We're coming up to it in the Observer Flashbacks, but UWFI has to win the award for going from selling out arenas to complete financial ruin by the end of the year. ROH's MSG show was a weird aberration, but UWFI was doing mammoth shows in Japan on a regular basis and then just suddenly weren't a thing anymore and the company folded.
