Realistically, if upon hearing the crowds and how badly his initial booking plan failed, could Vince have done a live audible and restarted the Cell match? Would it have been possible to get word to the ref to communicate to Seth & Bray and have Bray win? Are all the people involved with the production (ringside, sound/tech guys, etc…) able to improvise like that, or is there a point of no return with a show?
Its obviously Hindsight 20/20 thinking, but the live crowd was way into those Bray Resurrection spots, maybe way more than they planned for…
They were past the point of no return. Their stuff has too many moving production parts to just do that. Much like the Krusty show, it’s the tightest 3.5 hours on TV!
