AEW – are there rules, or aren’t there?

I mostly loved Dynamite. In fact, it was the first televised show I’d watched in a few years.
One thing that annoyed me though was the inconsistent enforcement of rules. Why is Nila Rose allowed to set up chairs without punishment? Why is the ref not calling for the DQ when Moxley has blatantly taken Kenny out of the match?
Just announce that there aren’t DQ’s or count outs then!
Again, really good show that reinvigorated my interest in wrestling, but such a simple thing being overlooked just irritates me. Either kayfabe enforce the rules or get rid of them.
Agreed. A show that presents itself as sport should probably have a kayfabe set of rules to adhere to. But I also didn't want to see a bunch of fuck finishes in the very first show. So it's a fine line to walk.
