Is the Wednesday Night War over before the first shot is fired?

I am not sure how ratings are calculated today, but you have to think AEW has a significant advantage in winning the Wednesdays Night ratings war, since their show is going to be broadcast live in Canada, but NXT is delayed until later in the week. AEW should
win the first-run ratings, with WWE maybe making up ground on the replay on the Network, but maybe not. What say you?
