XFL Trump Related?

Didn't hit me before but with the announcement today of the return of the XFL. I have a theory, Trumps issues with the NFL of course been well documented over the years and we know the Mcmahon/Trump connection so could this have been an idea by both to combat the NFL?
Only if there's a foreign team nicknamed the Shitholes.
