How does Asuka win the Rumble?

Does she enter in the #1 spot and runs the table ala Flair/<redacted>? Does she come in mid-20's to keep her time short but dominant? What's the over/under on the number of women she eliminates?
Everyone seems to be presuming that the Rumble exists solely for the purpose of Ronda being a "surprise" entrant and winning, actually. I mean, if she's not actually showing, then for sure Asuka enters low and wrecks people en route to victory. But otherwise I don't see the point in holding off on putting the title on Asuka.
