Okada, Omega and Pentagon Jr

Hi Scott
You can sign all three of the above, and allocate each of them to a different brand (Raw, Smackdown or NXT).
Which would you choose for each and why?

Okada goes to SmackDown and has great matches with AJ and Nakamura.

Omega goes to RAW because he's a star.

Pentagon goes to NXT because he would need a bunch of work first anyway.
